James Cox, a web developer, wrote a five-line Ruby script that yanked CNN’s emails and turned them into brief messages on a Twitter account called, somewhat inelegantly, @CNNbrk. The CNN Breaking News feed is now the most popular account on Twitter and projected to reach 1 million followers sometime tomorrow.
